Our Mission
The mission of Ability Care services is to provide high quality of care to our individuals with Love-Dignity and Respect (LDR) in their daily activities and needs by working very closely with their families and or guardians. We will make sure that they are involved in the community activities as much as possible.
Our Vision
The vision of Ability Care Services started in 2003 when the founder Mamadou Talibe Bah started working at Columbus Center for Human Services (CCHS) as a direct care assistant for seven (7) years. The same year, he got his bachelor from Devry university and he realized the needs in this area. After leaving the CCHS and obtaining his MBA with the concentration in healthcare management in 2010, Mr. Bah stills remembering the needs in this field. Now having sufficient knowledge experience and seventeen years of work experience from the management of a primary care doctor’s office (Billing department) added to the seven years of direct care assistant, Mr. Bah decided to create the ACS to render quality of services to the people that are in the most needs in this field. And our success will depend on the quality of services that will be delivered to those in the needs in company of all the respect and dignity they deserved. Our devise are the three letters LDR (Love-Dignity-Respect). These three letters will be the guidelines of all our employees (care givers) when they are in contact with the individuals to be cared of.
Our Commitment
Ability Care Services is committed to settle and serve standard and excellent services in the homes we serve or will serve. We will provide high quality of services through a complete training to our care givers. Also, our individuals will be assisted with the highest level of independence in their homes or while they are in the community. We have the liability to help them be independent with LDR (LOVE-DIGNITY-RESPECT).
Our Staff
ACS has a qualified and highly trained people that apply their knowledge in the field with a skilled direct care assistant. They are very passionate about fulfilling their tasks as needed. Multiple background checks have been completed before the first day of job to ensure the safety and security of our individuals we are serving, their family members and other employees as well. Training is an ongoing program for everyone in the team.
Our team of highly skilled home health care professionals and paraprofessionals are incredibly passionate about our cause of helping the elderly and disabled members of our community live happy and fulfilling lives at home. They have gone through extensive screening and background checks, and are guaranteed to have no criminal record to their name. We are all about the safety and security of our patients and their families and do not wish to compromise that in any way whatsoever. Our employees are required to undergo regular training and seminars in order to be better equipped to serve clients and solidify our reputation as one of the leading home healthcare providers in our community.
